No Support - Abandoned Product?
As I have tried contacting support and Fatos and received no replies, I feel that the previous review is too generous. Nonetheless, I leave it below unchanged, but it feels now as if the product is abandoned. I have seen on trustpilot also a customer complaining that there is no support. Buy at your own peril! Some things work and some don't but there seems to be no more development or humans to get in touch with should issues arise.
I think for the price it's a good product. I tried the trial first and there's a lot it's capable of. It's easy to upload videos which are then stored by the system and can be used on almost any site* in the customizable facepop. Great CTA choices. I especially like that I can use another facepop video as the CTA, meaning that my customers can effectively have questions answered by navigating facepops. It's great that I can embed in multiple places and simply edit the video in the app and have those changes roll out to everywhere I embedded the facepop.
I did come across a number of issues which I will post below and hope the founder will do something about these. If these were fixed, I think I'd change my rating to a 5 taco, but I am a bit concerned that these issues exist ,and see that many questions for this product have not been answered, giving me some concern about how actively and with what passion the product is being maintained and developed.
Issues/Feedback
-Need to be able to delete collected videos for customer privacy and GDPR compliance reasons
-Please add "sent video" to webhooks
-Please add ability to save custom branding to "color studio"
-Reports are unrealistic: 6 views / 5hr33 mins from a 20 sec video
-*Cannot embed as a mini video everywhere because this requires the "instant embed" script which not all sites will allow...in these cases you can use the "iframe" code, but that inserts only the large version of the video and even the "iframe" code is a script which does not use "iframe" embed, meaning that again some sites refuse to accept it!
-Issues with using triggers: "Answerly.trigger('FacePop', '2f763353-5e98-457d-beac-3bc5b90c0713');’s server IP address could not be found.

for whatever reason, you see "missing image" icons making the interface cluttered and incomplete
Facefeed multiple issues
-https://app.facepop.io/facefeed/preview goes nowhere
-https://feed.facepop.io/?aaf8abaa-8fc2-4c5a-aa0f-xxxxxxxx doesn't show facepops, just loads page title
-embed code: nothing shows on the page after using it; tried on multiple sites
Poor support interface:

doesn't open any page
Some investigation shows that all help docs have moved to help.answerly.io
After searching there, there's a message: "If you're looking for FacePop, Popup Hero or Banner docs, they have been moved to: https://help.facepop.io"
But clicking there takes me to yet another 404 page!
You really need a team member to go on the customer journey and discover these issues!
