Feedback Link Reviews

I have requested a refund for the app. I have to say that at first I liked how the dashboard and widgets that you could create were organized, but on my site hosted on Hostinger does not work (really strange since it is a very important and well-known host). The link that opens to be shared with customers directly is a test link and not the official one, but this is not indicated in the dashboard and you have to modify it. It is taken for granted that attention should be paid to this aspect but it should be indicated. In addition, the customer service is really slow to respond and does not help you solve the communication problem with the app. On the official website there are no guides that can help you solve any operating problems. Many expectations at the beginning but a great disappointment. This app is the only one that has not worked so far on my site of all those I have tried, its scripts are not 100% compatible.

Considering how much trustpilot is charging for their widgets, one can't miss feedback.link. It quickly collected our reviews from google maps and trustpilot , and everything is customizable - the review collector page , the flow based on how many stars the user gives, the widgets (there are 3 widgets types) . And i upgraded to the video basic LTD as well, seems like a great feature, although havent used it yet. 👌

Not a bad product at all for the price when compared to similar products on the market. I ran into some issues when wanting to remove a logo and change my email address but the team addressed it. As a UX designer, I tend to be quite hard on software and other products when it comes to user flow, look, feel, etc and this product does it all fairly well. I hope they keep adding features and improving upon the ones they have. Overall, solid product.

I love how easy it is to display your positive reviews! you can make it a big part of your website! or a subtle pop-up in the corner. MY only wish is that I could contour the size of it when i put it on my website. One of my clients left a really long review, and it took up a strange amount of space. Other than that, I love the product!

Developing a robust method for collecting feedback and reviews has been on our to do list forever. Customising and implementing Feedback.link took literally 15 minutes. With automations set to request client feedback periodically as projects progress, it's now on autopilot. Many thanks, Pieter!
