Has some issues
The tool looks pretty nice and easy to handle.
I used the "mail"-function asking customers for feedback - but never received and answer.
As I tested it, I saw why:
It will go directly into spam and also looks more like a phishing attack as a Mail you want to send to customer.
Next complicated part: I asked a befriended customer to test the tool. She submitted twice and I never received an answer. After asking supprt it turns out: If you click on the link you go directly to a test-environment. The only hint a small extention in the URL.
I mean: Are you kidding me?
It looks nice, but the UX here is rubbish.

However, as explained via support - the survey test feature is NOT active when sending out mails to customers. Customers who respond via email invite will definitely not see the test survey. Test functionality is only when you click inside your dashboard, as the message clearly states.
We unfortunately don't have much control over spam, as each email provider's rules are different, for different email messages and subjects. However, I've just checked, 80% of our last 15 email invites sent to GMAIL addresses are in-fact being opened, which is a good indicator of deliverability. Feel free to reach out for screenshot proof.
