Q: Questions about Credits
Registered as a free user to evaluate and was allocated 2,500 credits for testing purposes. During assessment, I generated reports and tested several functionalities, which consumed all 2,500 credits within approx. 5 minutes.
Based on this usage pattern, the highest tier offering 1 million tokens/2,500 credits would be depleted quickly when generating reports including global SEO analysis, local SEO tracking, and keyword monitoring. This translates to approximately 400 report generations, which for an agency managing 25 brands daily would exhaust credits within 15-16 days—insufficient for monthly operations.
I would like clarification on whether the following features renew monthly or are one-time allocations: 200 articles,100 global summaries, 500 tracked keywords, 1,000 site audit pages
What about if we want to invite the team?

Jun 15, 2025A: Hi! Thanks for asking :) We are still very early - we have Projects and Team Members on the roadmap soon! But right now it’s maybe Not the best fit for an Agency, so currently you can only use one project with one account. But again we are working on it! :) - For one project 1M Credits is actually pretty much, from what we See is that not any User had an issue with the 1M credits running out. Some operations on Finseo like the Keywords Overlap or Snippet Generation doesnt cost any Credit.
The Features you mentioned are boundaries because of Data Size. So for Example the 1000 Audit Pages just mean that you can crawl up to 1000 URLs. And for Articles you can Save up to 200 Articles in our database. But Generate as many as you want via the credits. Credits are refreshing Monthly.

Furthermore- whitelabel means it is white label reports not the custom domain.

I understand that the product is in its early development stage; however, I believe it's essential to provide a clear roadmap for Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 users. This roadmap should outline future upgrades such as custom domain functionality, multiple project support, and a comprehensive feature availability matrix. Without this -- it is like buying in a risk.

You have also mentioned, Tier 4 is enterprise user above as All future Creator (Tier 1), Professional (Tier 2), Growth (Tier 3), and Enterprise (Tier 4) Plan updates -- if Tier 4 is for enterprise user-- they are equivalent to agency or so on.. and how 1M credit is justifiable?
