Thanks for getting in touch. We don't touch the PDF quality at all, we only convert it. We don't really want to alter your PDFs as it could cause more issues that it solves!

Canva usually does a good job an exporting PDFs. If you have premium you should have more control over the export settings. You just need to make sure it is exported for digital distribution/web view and it'll be good to go.

There are some free tools available online to compress if needed. The main one is https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/online/compress-pdf.html
