When a client connects their social media accounts, is it possible to change the name of the entity that appears during the authentication process? For example, instead of 'Followr', to display something like 'SocialMedia'?
A: We’re thinking having that soon. The only possible issue would be sending to reapprove APIs after modifying the name of the App in the integrations. Shouldn’t be an serious issue but we want to be sure there. We are looking to do this without getting the calls to the API discontinued so we don’t have any social media stopped. Said that, we’ll begin to do this soon in a progressive way, but...
It might be a good idea to make this change separately for white-label clients only, so that it remains 'Followr' as it is now, and a different connection called 'Social Media Manager' is used for white-label clients.
Q: After setting up BYOK form Deepseek API, how do the existing credits work?
A: When you connect your own Deepseek API (BYOK), both your Deepseek credits and your Followr credits are consumed. This helps us manage usage and protect Followr’s infrastructure from unlimited external processing. Higher tiers increase your capacity for both BYOK and Followr usage. We always suggest using BYOK for the more premium providers (images mostly)

Do Sumo-lings who purchase the LTD also get access to the Straico integration, or is it only available to users who subscribe through your website? 🤔
