In the Withlabel solution, you can't contact support. Nothing happens when you click the “Contact Us” button.

My question is whether this is a 100% white label solution or whether it simply means setting up 300 accounts. In my test, everything came from the manufacturer and the customer was even offered an agency solution. That's not possible at all.

A: You can contact support via chat — the chat button appears after you search for something in the help articles (that’s just how the flow works right now). That said, some users requested we remove the chat entirely from white label accounts because it still shows Followr branding and text. So we're working on modifying it or disabling it selectively for white label clients. Let me know what you want i'll handle your case if you access the whitelabel
