A: Just to confirm: do you already have both a Straico account and an active API key with credits available? If so, the integration should work normally, and the models should be selectable.

If all the Straico models remain greyed out even after entering your key, it could be one of the following:

The key is incorrect or expired

Your account has no available usage or credits

There’s a temporary sync issue (rare, but possible)

Please double-check your Straico dashboard to ensure your key is valid and active. If everything looks fine on your end, let us know and we’ll investigate further.
