Struggling With Scheduling

Question

Highly frustrated with the scheduling and lack of ability to adjust things. I can only find one short document that offers no real help. It mentions TAGS should be mastered first but I can find Zero documents on how to properly use tags. The Ask the Team button no longer works to even send support message asking where to find this information.  I am happy to read but I am beating my head against a will trying to figure out scheduling which for me, is the whole point of the software. I need to be able to schedule 4 posts a day on each of 5 platforms. Then I would like my posts scheduled out. Right now it randomly spaces out the posts over a period of several weeks but never fill in the days it skips. I assume this is because I have not defined a clear schedule but there is not documentation on how to do that. Please point me to it.  Thanks

In the meantime, I recommend manually scheduling at least some of your posts via the Calendar to ensure consistent daily coverage.\u000a\u000aWe’ve recently applied a few fixes that may have caused a temporary pause in some queued posts — but everything should be working smoothly now or within the next few hours.\u000a\u000aI’ll also personally take a look at your account from support so we can identify what’s happening in your specific case and get you back on track.\u000a\u000aWe really appreciate your patience — and we’ll do everything we can to get this resolved quickly.

There isn\u0027t much to look at on my account. I haven\u0027thad any success scheduling things so I have been doing it manually and not through Followr.  Are there no document at all that walk through TAGS and scheduling. I am trying to schedule 1350 posts a month out. I am really just looking for guide so that I can ensure that I can make 15 posts and know they will be scheduled in right place and time.

And I haven\u0027t submitted any support tickets as the options have all been grayed out on my screens.
