Q: Whitelabel
Hello,
I am very interesting by the Whitelabel version. I would like to know how it is work and do you have a limit of users ?
I can collect the payment on my side and then add user on the app ?
If I want 100 whitelabel access how much is it ?

May 21, 2025A: Yes! you need to collect payments on your side — we don’t currently offer built-in billing infrastructure, though it's something we're planning for the future.
What you get with Tier 10 is a full white-label account where you can add your own branding and give access to up to 300 companies, so you’ll have plenty of room to scale — no need to buy more for 100 users, you're already covered. Tier 10 is $590

-You can only whitelabel on tier 10.
-You get 300 companies & 300 users. You are admin & count as 1 user total. It assumes 1 user per company.
-Each company is it's own. You create it, then add client as a user.
-You set & collect payment. You'll create login page for client log in, they see their dashboard only. You can set limits per user on your shared AI credits.

With all due respect – this is not a full white-label solution.
Clients signing up through my white-label domain (which is correctly configured) are still being directed into the default Followr environment, instead of a fully customized white-label experience.
This should not be happening.
In my opinion, the only proper solution is to activate CNAME for white-label partners.
