Q: Why aren't you answering questions from those who have purchased Tier 10????
We were about to purchase Tier 10, although we feel it's OVERLY EXPENSIVE to get this important feature. But from looking at all the "unanswered" questions and issues, it doesn't seem like you're responsive enough to warrant plunking down $500. You should answer questions here to the best of your ability in a timely fashion to earn confidence and merit a large purchase.

As for the Tier 10 pricing — we honestly believe it’s extremely affordable for a lifetime deal that includes massive storage capacity, 300 brands, 300 user accounts, lots of AI credits, full white-label management, and deep customization (logos, colors, fonts, signup page, even HTML embed to host on your own site).

Most of us Plus members are small agencies or serious freelancers. 300 brands, 300 user accounts is a hefty haul. If the price point had been more mid-range to accommodate the majority of us, it would have been very well received by us small agencies
I understand your point. I’ll create a ticket to see what we can do. Keep in mind that in Tier 10, in addition to the white-label features, the limits (not on the companies, since I understand you don’t need that many) are based on credits. Even with a few companies, the credits that renew each month will be more than enough, along with access to stock images and all the template development.
