I purchased several software tools from AppSumo to start agencies in various niches but didn’t use them effectively. However, with Followr, I’ve successfully launched my first agency and am now gaining paying clients! At the moment, I’m concentrating on working with micro-businesses to grow my agency since it’s still developing. They are slowly adding features like billing and more integrations, and it seems an AI image add-on might be coming soon. They really need to speed up these updates to keep pace with larger platforms. I sincerely hope the company stays sustainable over time while continuing to support its original backers.

In principle, Followr is a great concept. However, I’ve experienced ongoing issues since I started using the platform over a year ago. While support repeatedly assures me that problems are being fixed, the same issues persist and new ones seem to arise every time I log in.

As a small business user, I’ve increasingly felt overlooked. Initially, responses were polite but unproductive. Now, I rarely get any response at all.

I’ve had to resort to creating my content in other design software and then uploading it to Followr, just to work around the constant glitches when creating posts directly in the platform.

All I’m asking for is honesty. If the problems can’t be fixed, please just say so. Using Followr currently requires far more time and effort than it should, time spent fixing and re-uploading defeats the whole purpose of having a social media scheduling tool.

Perhaps larger clients get a smoother experience, but ultimately, we are all paying customers, regardless of business size and deserve the same level of functionality and support.

I've been using Followr primarily for content creation and scheduling ahead, and it’s been a game-changer. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and super easy to navigate. The features are really well thought out and help streamline the whole content planning and publishing process.

One thing I’d love to see added is a simple copy-and-paste option for inputting my own text more easily, which would make creating posts even smoother. But aside from that, the platform runs great and feels very polished.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Followr to anyone looking to level up their social media presence. It's a powerful tool for creators, marketers, or anyone building their brand online.

I like the product good range of integrations. It's content alignment with AI is not meshing yet - user error in getting the brand nailed. I am just starting out so will take time to tweak. Was easy to link to my accounts. All good so far.

This is a fantastic product overall. The best part of being a subscriber is that they are actively working on improving the value and have an extremely responsive customer service department. Even the co-founders are actively involved in product development as well as quality assurance/customer satisfaction. This has been game changing for my consulting practice and I highly recommend the platform!
