It just won't work for my situation, I can't be available to assist people when things go wrong.
- Note: if I was a small social media agency that managed social media for various clients..then I would have a different perspective on this.
Anyhow, I encountered bugs during the testing the posting process (an image for one post and an mp4 video for another post) and since I can not be available to help-manage the bugs when staff/clients/people/etc encounter them, I had to refund.
I genuinely wanted to use this but

We’re currently working on fixing those specific issues with posting images and MP4 videos, and improving overall stability so that things just work without needing manual oversight.
Hopefully in the future we’ll have a version that better fits your workflow, especially for solo users.
