Ongoing Issues with Followr – Request for Transparency and Resolution
In principle, Followr is a great concept. However, I’ve experienced ongoing issues since I started using the platform over a year ago. While support repeatedly assures me that problems are being fixed, the same issues persist and new ones seem to arise every time I log in.
As a small business user, I’ve increasingly felt overlooked. Initially, responses were polite but unproductive. Now, I rarely get any response at all.
I’ve had to resort to creating my content in other design software and then uploading it to Followr, just to work around the constant glitches when creating posts directly in the platform.
All I’m asking for is honesty. If the problems can’t be fixed, please just say so. Using Followr currently requires far more time and effort than it should, time spent fixing and re-uploading defeats the whole purpose of having a social media scheduling tool.
Perhaps larger clients get a smoother experience, but ultimately, we are all paying customers, regardless of business size and deserve the same level of functionality and support.

And while we try to respond as quickly as possible, there are times when the volume of incoming requests makes it hard to reply the same day. That’s not ideal, and we’re actively working to improve that.
