Honestly for someone who almost went with Teachable. This platform is everything. It really is priceless.
I started using the web builder today. For a platform that already give so much on the course side, I didn’t expect much from the web builder. But it’s pretty intuitive.
The user guide is so easy and simple to understand. The different content types you can create is amazing. Honestly it’s a 10/5 for me.

Great UX, Solid Features, Just Missing a Bit of AI Magic
I’m giving this one a solid four tacos.
The UX and UI of the dashboard are honestly better than most course platforms I’ve tested, clean layout, smooth navigation, and just overall more userfriendly. It doesn’t try to be clever with design just for the sake of it, which I appreciate. A lot of the inbuilt features that usually come with extra costs in other platforms are included here, which makes life easier.
What’s missing for me is more AI to help speed things up when building courses. Would’ve been great with a little assistant that helps me structure, name, or even script content -or at the very least help with the video side. I know we’re not in Jetsons territory yet, but it’s 2025, come on😉
Also, a quick note on the pricing plans, let’s just say they’re not the clearest I’ve seen. I think the certificate diplomas should’ve been included in Plan 2: Startup 1, especially since they take 10% of every sale. At that point, we’re business partners, right?
That said, support has been responsive and helpful every time I reached out, so big thumbs up there.
All in all, this is a strong deal, with a few quirks. Still worth grabbing while it lasts.

Perfect solution for trainers
Everything is perfect: the interface, the website editor, the membership management, the payment method implementation, and the customer service. I particularly appreciate the ability to upload files with unusual extensions (exe for example), which training platforms often don't allow. I sincerely recommend it.

Membership Community Solution with Wonderful Support
After seemingly trying every other platform available for my use case, I finally settled on Forento (I've actually bought it twice now...) as a membership site and community platform that doesn't over-complicate the job or under-serve my needs. I extra appreciate not having a recurring charge that you'll find with similar software for the same functions. And I could really sense that Adrian, the founder, takes pride in this product of his and in supporting its buyers. I had the opportunity during a couple of Support requests to experience his drive for offering a truly matchless experience for Forento users. I personally won't even look in the direction of competitor software after exploring the range of possibilities baked right into the generous features of this single product for two different ventures of mine. I'm not even joking when I say that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

How do I seek a refund?
I think your product web is flexible and creative for many reasons; and my business team suggested it. However, after paying for Forento, they (web designer, software tech) could not install anything already completed including my landing page. I need to go use another platform. Thankfully, Forento helped me to do an easy & quick refund. Thanks, Adrain for the follow up & follow through!
