Q: My account shows as free, but I did the redemption process. Should I do something or is it ok?

I did the initial redemption and there was the Appsumo code in a field.

Seems promising. On the website I saw a demo form with a multiple choice form with image select. Not just A or B. But when I create a form I can't see this option. My question is where do I find this option. The form builder itself look nice, but the comparison with Typeform is kinda of a stretch atm.
