Yes, if the form has multiple pages you can enable automatic saving of submissions when you move to the next page. In addition, you can also connect the “Form Saving” module, which allows the user to save the form and then continue editing the form later.
goodfellowso if for whatever reason a user interrupted the survey without completing it, would I still have access to the data of the questions they answered?

The data will only be saved if the form contains multiple pages and the user goes to the next page, you will only see the data from the previous page.
