I've tried a few other form tools, and this is by far the most flexible and complete tool for landing pages and apps. The URL redirect works great, allowing for better conversion tracking. A lot of design customization and templates, saving you time. The auto fill option for recurring website visitors is an awesome plus! Congrats for the software.

I have been using Jotform for over 10 years and in the past 2 years I tested 5 or more alternatives... because their service got worse and their product became buggy and I wanted to leave them.
Nothing came close to Jotform as far as building complex forms with intensive conditional logic, field, and email automation until FormDesigner.

Their support is amazing .... (my currency was missing from their list for the payment gateway integration) They added it within 3 days.

I need a solution for simple embeddable contact forms that can deliver messages to my email.
At first I was dazzled by the templates - I didn't need all those.
So I bought it and found that they also have simple forms.

Messages were delivered as it should be, that's all I need, thank you.

I have to be honest—when I first got my hands on FormDesigner, I nearly threw in the towel. Not because the tool itself was bad, but because some of the terminology had me scratching my head like I was trying to decipher an ancient scroll. The early days were frustrating, and I seriously considered returning it.

But I stuck with it, and wow—am I glad I did! Once I got past the initial learning curve (and deciphered some of the language with the help of the APPSUMO community), this tool turned into an absolute treat to use. It’s streamlined my workflow, and I find myself learning something new every single day.

Nothing earth-shattering—just a solid tool that does what it says it does. No gimmicks, no fluff, just functionality. If you’re on the fence because of the initial learning curve, don’t give up. It gets better. A lot better. I can’t imagine my workflow without it now, and I truly hope FormDesigner sticks around for a long time.

Highly recommended—just be prepared for a bit of a learning adventure at the start!
