Q: Accessibility (vision impairment)
Hi, a lot of our users are blind and rely on screen readers to complete forms.
Since it is law by now to provide online services in an accessible format, I assumed this would be the case, until I could not find a way to add an image description.
What steps have you taken to be fully accessible and if I purchase, can I expect that you prioritize making this ready?
Also, do we have the choice to be hosted on a server within the EU?

May 18, 2025A: We offer different customization options—such as colors, font types, and font sizes—so form authors can tailor their forms to meet the needs of their audiences and improve accessibility.
We're continually working to enhance accessibility but our tool may not yet fully meet the needs of all use cases - for example, it may not be fully suitable for users with vision impairment and rely on assistive technologies to complete questionnaires. Currently we don't have any specific timelines for this.
We use AWS infrastructure (Amazon servers in London, UK) and it is not possible to choose hosting in other locations yet.
