Q: Is it possible to remove the progress bar at the bottom or at least customise the colour so it's less obvious?

And can I change the colours of the multiple choice questions or is it a standard colour?

If you add at least one question with visibility logic then progress bar will be removed automatically.

Currently it is possible to select colours from fixed set of 7, which is available in Design tab (2nd option in the vertical menu). Ability to have custom colours/fonts will be available in Q2-2024.
