What does 10 user(s) mean?
I am hoping to build forms for smaller business owners around me. How can they access the results of either the quiz, form or surveys? Do they become users?
Does the 10 users mean I can only create forms for just 10 clients?

Note - Individual workspace level permissions will be available in the future (dates to be confirmed).
Also, you can share results with your team members and clients via email notifications, Google sheets/other applications if you want them to see only specific form data.

You can create unlimited forms with all AppSumo plans and collect responses per month depending on the plan (e.g. Plan 1 (Tier 1) offers 10k responses per month, Plan 2 (Tier 2) offers 15k responses per month, Plan 3 (Tier 3) offers unlimited responses per month etc).

1. Yes, you can show results (overall score, category-wise scores etc) to users right away after submitting or can just provide simple thank you screen, as needed.

gh_solutionsPLUSPlease I forgot to add one more question: What payment gateway is supported? I do not see Paystack or flutterwave. If the audience are in Africa, I do not see payment options compatible with say Nigeria for example.
Currently payments can be collected via Stripe only. You can connect multipe Stripe account with Formly and select the one, which you want to connect with the specific form.
