Q: I am looking for signing up using two phones. I am okay to login with one device at a time.

I have 3 questions :
1. Can we install fox signals in two devices and login to one device at a time but have same account for two phones ?
2. If in future we decide to change our phone , will we be able to logout from old device and login to new again ?
3. Can we use fox signals application in PC ?
