After you sign up the activation email says this

SpotBot is an automated crypto trading bot hosted on Altrady ( this service is not included in lifetime offer and hosted on a third party marketplace )
Requires:
- Altrady Premium
- SpotBot subscription ($69/month, paid in crypto)
- No trials available due to past misuse.
This is something I didnt realise when I signed up - I thought I just needed the Altrady premium. Which I had signed up for anyway.
I cant even find what this "SpotBot" is or what it does. Not mention of it on Altrady and vague references to it on Fox Signals. But not what it does or how to order it
So I contacted their "support" on telegram. And was told rather bluntly to just trade manually like everyone else does! A little bit rude.... the whole chat was a bit on the terse side to be honest. Must have got them at a bad time!!
I asked what SpotBot was and was told it's all in the FAQs and to just read them as they (quote) dont have time to look for it for me.(unquote). What is customer help doing, that makes them too busy to help a customer??
The info is not in the FAQs so I really only still have a vague idea of what SpotBot is.
Certainly this is the worst customer support I have encountered for a while. Which is why it gets 3 tacos. And that being generous.
So although we are not off to a great start..I have hopes it will pick up.
The signals and suggestions look good so far.
And I believe I can still use the Fox Signals LTD deal but will probably implement the suggestions manually.
Which I will try when the market picks up a bit
I leave it at 3 tacos until those hopes are realised.
But really guys, sort out your customer service line!!
And update your FAQs
And update your Appsumo description as well...

1. I aleady had subscribed to aptrady before I contacted Fox Signals. The integration video on the Fox Signals knowledgebase says "Once you have completed all of the steps contact Fox Signals Support and provide your Aptrady ID along with the email associated with your account ... so they can activate the bot for you":
That was why I contacted support
Support's first reponse was "Check with altrady support, we dont help users on setting up their accounts on third party platforms. I can't do their job :> " And from there it only got worse.
This was what got you a low taco review.
2. Your appsumo listing does now indeed have a disclaimer and updates refering to Spotbot, thanks for adding that. It was not present when I ordered. I have a screenshot should you dispute this.

wow - what a rude reply!
I never once asked for a free subscription to SpotBot. I hadn't even heard of it prior to contacting support. I was asking for help to connect altrady premium (which I bought before contacting you) to Fox Signals - per your own integration video. Turns out it connects automatically anyway and your own instruction video is out of date.
Your reply to me here says it all!
I will waste no more time on your project - I am sure you will be glad to be rid of me too :>
PS: I have now had a few days to play with it and it is actually not a terrible app.
But being in Australia I can use many of the signals as they are for coins mainly found on Binance Futures. Australians cant access Binance Futures.
Thus I will leave the taco score at 3.

4- Have we ever told anyone that we provide SPOTBOT with the lifetime deal ? No !
5- is there any mention of automation feature inside our Fox Signals app ? not at all
-It’s evident that your primary goal here is not to seek a resolution but to leave a negative review. We stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and the support provided, and you did that just because our support asked you to check with altrady support regarding the integration of your exchange account.

The incoherence of your arguments is amusing. Why would we mention something that isn’t even included in the offer? Naturally, if it’s not part of the deal, it won’t be listed. But since you’re trying to be clever, we’ve added a disclamer ( timestamped ) to clarify things—just in case someone attempts to twist the facts publicly.
For the record: This individual purchased a lifetime deal on AppSumo and is now demanding a lifetime subscription on a completely separate service we offer on Altrady ( SPOTBOT). How absurd is that? We’ve even timestamped our description update to prevent any further fake misunderstandings in addition of the FAQ and the activation email which mention that SPOTBOT is not included in the lifetime deal offer, you can't delete the email nor the screenshot from it that our support sent to you.
Also, why are you keeping screenshots of our listing description with a 'before and after' comparison? What’s the intent behind that? Honestly, we’d expect something even more amusing from someone who once asked our support team to help configure their Bybit API keys on Altrady then got mad because we asked him to check with Altrady support, your gaslighting methods are outdated and useless, better luck next time.
By the way, we offer another service on a different marketplace (no, not Altrady)—would you like to claim the right to a free lifetime subscription to that one as well? :) You never fail to entertain, keep going !
