Q: Hello - I sent an email to support and haven't received a response
I tried to activate my appsumo plan and I got an error saying I couldn't. The error stated we are unable to process your verification code and to contact support for resolution. I would like to test out the app and begin using it but can't get the activation to work. Any help?

1. If you weren't able to get into Frontly yet, create an account manually at https://v2.frontly.ai/signup
2. Contact our support team via the in-app chat or support@frontlyapp.com confirming the email you used for your account, and the 'license key' from your AppSumo purchase receipt.
Our team can use this to resolve your account quickly.
