What are AI credits used for? Only for the initial generation of an app or also during ongoing use by end customers (e.g., when the customer opens their training app or uses interactive features)?
What is the consumption per customer interaction, and which actions (e.g., recalculation, redesign, chat interface) consume the most credits?

Branded apps & app limits
In the Tier 2 plan you include “5 branded apps”:
Does this mean simultaneously active or total per month?
Can I create more than 5 instances in the backend, with only the active ones counting?
Are deleted branded apps freed up again, or are the 5 slots permanently occupied?
Under “Unlimited apps and users” I understand:

Technically, an unlimited number of apps can be created, but only 5 of them can be branded with a custom logo/domain/CNAME?
