Q: Can we get an alert once a contact opens the link?
Hi, Is there any way possible to get an alert via webhook/zapier/email etc once the contact opens the link and lands on our page so that manually we can call and followup the lead also?
Sam, we're going to purchase a license, but we're uncertain which tier is applicable. Again, our use case is to send a personalized landing page to every reply we get. We're shutting off the open rate feature in the email sender platform to avoid spam filters, so this means we have to rely on the actual replys we receive. My thought is, having a personalized landing page could capture attention to those contacts who passed the first time, perhaps we add a link in the third sequence, or wait anothe rmonth with a follow up email and include it then. We are sending out 7K-8K new contact 'data enriched' emails per month. In this case, should we consider going with tier 4 or 5 due to volume?
A: Hey there, appreciate the detailed explanation!
Based on your use case, Tier 3 is probably the most practical fit. It gives you enough bandwidth to generate around 1,000 personalized landing pages per month for those of your 7-8k leads who reply positively to your outreach, so you won’t have to worry too much about hitting credit limits - especially if you start using pages more proactively in...
Can you explain how this works with a crm? I want to drive sms and emails to uniq landing pages based on their answers to the initial intake....EX: If interested in real estate, press 1 (phone)/ reply 1 (sms)/ click here (email)....for XYZ press 2, etc etc....
....and then they go to a genpage, how is that data stored in a crm for the next automation?
A: Hey there - that’s a really interesting use case! It would require a bit more setup and workflow automation than what GenPage currently supports out of the box, but we’re confident there’s a way to make it work without too much development time.
We’d be happy to chat through the specifics and explore a solution together - feel free to reach out to us at team@genpage.ai if you'd like to dive...
1. Does 1 lead equal to 1 landing page? So for 150 credits, you only get 150 leads, correct? 2. My other question is, if I connect my own API key, can I have unlimited leads, and landing pages?
1. Credits represent the number of ABM landing pages you can create with GenPage.
1 Credit = 1 AI-generated landing page. For example, with 1,000 credits per month, you can generate up to 1,000 personalized landing pages each month, for 1,000 separate leads.
2. If you connect your own OpenAI API key, you can use that for generating AI...
A: Hey there - the landing pages don’t have an expiry date and will stay hosted alongside your lead records for as long as you need them. That said, you can delete any of them anytime directly from your GenPage account if you no longer need them.

Q: How long the generated landing pages will be available?
Do you delete these landing pages yourself after some time?
Thanks.
