Q: Export to spreadsheet
Will this scan my outlook and create a spreadsheet (csv,sheets or excel) of my expenses? I have all my expenses in 1 folder in outlook, can it be set to scan just this one folder?

Yes we'll scan outlook and you can connect a GSheet to add all expenses there. For now, you can't set which folder to scan, it will scan all emails.

I assume the credits are only used on "exported" data after I scan and select dates to export. Is this correct can you give a bit more info on how this works?
Each credit is an extracted invoice from your email. They're consumed when they get processed and appear on the dashboard, not when they're exported.
