Q: Rebranding
As I cannot activate the product, I am wondering, what plans tiers will be mapped ....if it will be working again?

Alright, how will the matching process work? It seems that plans are no longer determined solely by the number of invoices per month. Only the Premium features meet the criteria for tier one, aside from the annual invoice limit and email forwarding—which you already mentioned as an additional paid feature.
For AppSumo all plans are still determined by what's on the listing, so the only difference is the number of invoices per month, and the add-on which is not included. There are no limits on connected emails, all accounts are unlimited on that.
Issue solved on the connection side with AppSumo!
