Buggy with slow support
Considering returning this product. Its core feature which is the portal service consistently crashes. I was told by support that this is by design. I was also told that it typically takes 10 seconds to scan a page but the page crashes 3 seconds into using the portal. It looks like the support ‘team’ is a one man band and he takes 24h to respond. Not impressed with the product so far. It feels like a beta product I’m not sure if it’s ready for release. Waiting on a response from support. Let’s see what happens.

To clarify: the crash you’re experiencing is not by design, and I apologize for any miscommunication from our end. We're currently investigating the issue you've described regarding the portal crashing, this is a priority and we appreciate your patience.
Regarding support delays, you're also right. Our small team means that sometimes responses can take longer than ideal, but we’re actively working on improving that too. We’re committed to making GetInvoice more stable and reliable, and feedback like yours helps us do exactly that.
