The billing dashboard is very confusing — I have no idea whether I’m in credit or debit.

I’ve yet to see any evidence that the 5,000 business details and emails included in my plan each month are actually being delivered.

I recently performed an export and noticed that no phone numbers were included. I suspect this might be because I didn’t tick any of the paid add-on data services. However, since phone numbers are publicly listed on Google Business profiles, I don’t understand why they aren’t scraped by default — or why I’m being asked to pay extra for data that’s freely available.

I would appreciate some clarification.

Given that the logo and image of this deal has a phone and email icon, it suggests that the scraping tool provides phone numbers and emails addresses, for the price that it advertised.
