Q: why can't I see the correct amount of credits I have left
we get $30 worth of credit every month. I have used less than $20 this month but it is showing $-2.40 on my dashboard. why?

Mar 26, 2025A: Hi @simplyumoh, we apologize if you could not see the correct amount of credits. We're working on fixing the bug but you should still be able to scrape 5k businesses with emails. Please refer to your Upcoming Invoice section in your profile as of the moment, or you can directly reach out to our support team.

I have checked the invoice section and I can't see recent invoices
It's in your profile page, simply look for the 'Upcoming Invoice' where it show's your usage including the amount deducted to your $30 for each billing cycle.
