Hidden Additional charges- Misleading and deceptive conduct.
It is a shock how they advertised on Appsumo. Clearly, at the time of purchase, it was written monthly 5000 leads with Appsumo credit. However, I was hit by an invoice. We cannot make any further downloads. Their customer service doesn't respond. I'm very disappointed with the experience.

Please take note that the terms of your LTD are limited to specific services and specific usages, as described on the lifetime deal page (e.g. 5000 places for Google Maps Scraper and 5000 domains for Emails & Contacts Scraper that are commonly used together as an enrichment for lead generation. Using any other services (Facebook Pages, Email Verification, etc.) will be billed accordingly to the pricing.
Additionally, the monthly credit of the lifetime deal is not accumulating. If your usage during one month is more than the deal limit, you will receive an invoice for the outstanding usage during the billing period (30 days) according to the prices.
These are the most common reasons to have outstanding invoices.
