Thanks for your message, and sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to the US server.

We currently offer two US servers, US34 and US35.

If you're unable to connect, I recommend trying the following steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Disable the "Smart Server" or "Use the best server automatically" option in your GOOSE VPN settings.
Depending on your app version, you can find this in either the general settings or the server list settings. Once disabled, you should see the full list of servers, including both US options, which can help you connect manually to the most stable one.

2. Try switching the VPN protocol in the app’s settings.
Sometimes, changing the protocol (e.g. from IKEv2 to OpenVPN or WireGuard) can solve connection issues, especially with certain regions or networks.
