Q: Yesterday, I purchased a code and unfortunately encountered immediate issues activating my product on AppSumo.
Upon attempting to activate, I received the error message: "There's been an issue activating your product. Please shoot us an email at support@appsumo.com for help."
I haven't created or had an account with GooseVPN yet. Subsequently, I promptly contacted both AppSumo and support at support@goosevpn.com, but regrettably, haven't received any response thus far.
This is truly frustrating, especially when you spend money on something you're unable to utilize. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving the issue and obtaining the product for which I've paid, so I can use it.
I'd prefer not to leave negative reviews, as everyone should have the chance to demonstrate problem-solving ability. However, unfortunately, I haven't received a solution yet. The same issue has also been reported by the last person who purchased the product, as evidenced in the product reviews.
