Q: Hello I really like the direction your tool is going.
In fact I just bought it even though I have reservations so I'm considering refunding. Not because of you raising the price but due to a few of your comments and a certain tone to your responses, I fear that you're going to do some type action that will keep the sumolings from getting all future updates.
Will you please give us a clear acknowledgement that if we buy this, that all future updates will be included in our plan?

We like to keep our plans simple. So, I can guarantee that we will only have 2 plans: free and pro in Graficto forever. Whether you get the Lifetime deal or a subscription, you will always get every update and full access as a pro user. Also AppSumo users are always our top priority, and we get the best feedback from here. So, basically you don't have to worry about not getting future updates.
