Q: Newbie question - Can I turn off auto-fixes when pulling from Git to Greta?

I've made some changes locally and sent to git, now when I pull from git back to Greta, greta is auto adjusting code and breaking things and using credits in the process. How do i stop this?

Just purchase Tier 2 and I'm about to experiment but would like to know if Greta is applicable for some use cases and ideas I have right now. 1) I have a php code that works great, yet design is super outdated, can I use Greta by uploading the code or pulling from Github to redesign the UI? Does Greta create searchable reader apps/Document reader apps? I mean if I were to take a docx, txt, or epub file, could I create something that would allow me to do chapters, bookmarks, searchable stuff, have notes (footnotes/endnotes), allow the user to input and save notes, etc? And how many credits would something like that cost (considering which tier to look at)?
As above. Is there any lockin or can all code be independently exported?
