Q: Timeline for making Greta more non-techie friendly?
đ Hey team! Loving the vision behind Greta so far.
Quick question â do you have a timeline for making Greta more non-techie friendly?
Things like:
⢠Built-in hosting (no Netlify setup)
⢠One-click domain connection
⢠Drag-and-drop visual editor (like Canva for websites)
Right now, it feels a bit out of reach for beginners. Just wondering if âplug-and-playâ is part of your near-term plan? Would love to stick with Greta if thatâs on the horizon! đ

Jul 20, 2025A: Glad you are loving it Ida! Let me answer it quickly.
1. Built in Hosting - We already have built in hosting if you dont want to connect your custom domain. That is all on us and you dont need Netlify account but if you want built in hosting with your own domain, it is in the roadmap to figure it out and make it easier in the future. The timeline of it would be a few weeks/months not days though.
2. Answered above! It is in the roadmap :)
3. Drag and drop might come in future depending upon the demand. We will surely have more and better templates and In Greta, you can create things by chatting with it rather than anything else.
We do have a lot of end to end plug and play components and we will keep adding more and more things in there.
