It’s disappointing to see an app go down like this and not be able to log in to do some work. Literally, was about to upgrade to tier 3 when I was logging in to the app and it wouldn’t let me. Not only does the app also make mistakes and eats my credits there is also no support except automated responses from another ai tool. Based on the comments for today I see no one monitoring the tool for the past 9 hours or so someone said they couldn’t log in to the app. I want to see how they make it up to us. My first app was created few days ago with an admin portal, it was exciting, yet also disappointing when the ai provided me with admin credentials that did not worked. Asked the app to fix an issue it created itself and took 10 credits out of my balance. Eventually it’s fixed it after 3 tries, 30 credits later!
