I got Greta and tried to create a simple app that would allow me to upload images, urls and export them in categories to GS. After 350 credits I got MOST of what I wanted but Greta kept saying she fixed things and I could see the warning statements as the app was refreshing. This went on several times and kept breaking what had been fixed etc as someone else noticed. But I am more curious about why I saw " if you want a mobile version of your app, buy Greta Mobile." What?? Mobile is not going to be part of Greta LTD??? This reminds me of the invideo ltdf where the LTD's were all screwed because the AI version was a "separate" program they discussed as a future improvement, implying it was on the roadmap. I really want to like this program and I even changed my subscription to level 3, but I am having second doubts about all the bugginess. BTW Greta does NOT like to create online crossword puzzles, which cost another 150 credits before I gave up on all the mistakes.So wasted credits, lots of bugginess and a nightmare to connect to Google AI....has me on the fence.
I have sent you 3 emails now with no response, and you are ignoring my review..which leads me to believe..I am right that you are NOT including the mobile version in the ltd. Please clarify this issue otherwise failure to respond is a clear sign of failure to acknowledge the truth.
Edit: Today is July 4....I was promised on June 28 in an email that I would receive credits for the "stolen" ones by the program. I am only using 47 files so under the 50 yet the program continuously does not connect to supabase so it cant fix database problems. I have responded to your emails and still nothing since the 28. Like a fool I kept trying and trying and ALL my prompts are SMALL one at a time steps...and one at a time your program deletes ALL my FILES which I have carefully uploaded for a book in progress, all the time sucking down credits like a slot machine. The restoration from Github does not work..got a blank screen instead saying start prompting all for 100 credits sucked down. NOTHING is really working and 2 of my colleagues are having similar issues so its not just me. This program is NOT ready for prime time, and doubling the price ( though you are entitled to do so) is NOT warranted at this level of performance. Loveable is much more stable and accurate. I really wanted this to work, but its clear they jumped the gun in releasing this platform.
