Q: Constant Payment Overdie

Hello, I have a tier 1 and I keep seeing this on my dashboard:
Payment Overdue

We couldn't process your last payment. Please update your payment details to avoid service disruption. Manage Billing & Payment

Yet when I I go to billing it says I have tier 1 and it's paid, any workaround to this bug?
