Zero response... nothing has been addressed.
This is sad, could have been a good tool, but it's not even working, and the data is erroneous.
I don't usually, but I am requesting a refund on this.

I was speaking with support, and they completely stopped responding.
The tool has some clear issues where it is reporting on platforms that are not even integrated (probably the 'AI' portion getting lost on what data it should be using).
The basic metrics are also not accurate for some of the reports, so I currently can't trust anything the dashboard is showing me.

Easy-to-Use Tool at a Great Price
While I have not have time to use this product extensively, it provides many functionalities that are important for picking out the best performing copies and also tracking performance which is already a big plus given the price point of their competitors for the same tools. Everything that we have tested has been going smoothly and set up was hassle free. Customer support was also prompt and helpful.

So Far So Great!
Although we haven't spent a long time on it, we're finding a ton of value with the copy scoring. You obviously have to take everything with a grain of salt (as the expression goes), but this will save my team time on how things are working together and why.
I would recommend this as it's doing a great job so far. Easy set up, great instructions as well.
