Growify Reviews

Had a tier 3 for two weeks now. Still waiting on the Dev team to fix an issue with displaying Google Ads data. The tool is promising but the Google integration is glitchy and it falls constantly. Support is ultra slow with no clear response on to when to expect solution. This makes the tool unreliable.

I’ve been testing out Growify for a few weeks and it’s been super helpful for tracking Meta and Google ads in one spot. The AI suggestions are actually useful, and I’m really liking the ad creative insights. PowerPixel was easy to set up, and the dashboard gives a clean, solid overview. There are a few small bugs, but nothing major. Overall, definitely worth a look if you run ads for clients.

I started with the 50,000 page views plan (then quickly upgraded to the max plan).
The UX is simple, clear, and effective “minimal and clean.”
There are still a few minor bugs (like creatives not displaying properly or user journeys not fully tracked), but I’m confident the team will fix them soon.
Customer support replied within the day, which was reassuring after reading that some users had to wait several days.
I'm still monitoring the email interaction tracking before a sale (we use Brevo), as we haven’t received data yet. I’ll give it a few more days to assess.
I believe if the team keeps improving and fixing bugs, Growify has great potential to become a go-to tool.

The Support is not good i raised a query 5 days back and the resolution for that is not there till now. Also some of the features related to UI/UX are a little messy which makes working around the product a bit tedious.

I wanted to update my previous review after some recent developments with customer support.
The Update:
After my initial frustration with unresponsive support, they finally got back to me and we're now actively working through the setup process. The attribution tracking issues I was experiencing are being addressed, and I'm starting to get a better sense of what this software can actually do when it's working properly.
Current Status:
While we're still in the setup phase, I feel much more optimistic about the software and its features. The support team seems more engaged now, and I can see the potential this tool has for SEM work.
Moving Forward:
My main hope is that they continue to develop and update this platform to become the strong SEM tool it has the potential to be. The foundation seems solid; it was just the initial technical hiccups and communication delays that created such a poor first impression.I know they are working daily on this so my fingers are crossed.

I'll likely update this review again once I've had more time to use the software in practice, but for now, I'm cautiously optimistic that my investment in the highest tier might pay off.
