SO many bugs & support literally does not exist (see below)

I purchased tier 3 during the first launch of Growify back in Aug. 2024.

I’ve contacted support at LEAST a dozen+ times about the following issues and have been trying to get help with them since August of 2024 - I have never received any replies other than “we’re working on it” and the issues I reached out about have never been resolved - even to this very day.

In fact, I contacted support as recently as 9 weeks ago - and still, no replies.

Also, I’ve extensively tested the Growify platform with multiple different accounts so these are not fluke problems. The issues below are consistent throughout.

With that, I’m genuinely confused by all of these five star reviews. They must have got a program that I’m unfamiliar with because the growify I have doesn't have many of the features it says it does - or they don't work.

First, Apple is the only support agent I’m ever given the option to message - and she’s never replied to anything - so that’s annoying. But then on top of that, they also don’t reply to emails. so there's literally ZERO HELP for the platform.

Next, issues with the platform itself:

UPDATE ON THIS: Their “AI Insights/Predict ad performance” feature - I see now that it's the AI summary at the top that says things like "focus on optimizing facebook ads by improving conversion rate...etc." - is the AI insights. This wasn't present originally in Growify but it was added a little while back.

I still do not see the Predict ad performance feature anywhere and have yet to get anyone to answer the question - "where is it?".

The ad creatives (images/videos) rarely, if ever, works - it does not show you what images/videos are performing best. Instead, it says “no creatives found” - and these are campaigns with lots of ads, creatives, and spend. It has worked in the past a few times briefly - but 99% of the time, you get the "no creatives found" message.

Customer journey - This almost never shows any data. Again, 99% of the time it's just a blank screen that says no pixel data - even though it has all of the pixel data and clearly is showing the other metrics.

Incorrect metric labeling - for example, when metrics like your cost per click decrease, it’s labeled in red like it’s a bad thing when in actuality, it’s a good thing. Or when your cost of acquisition goes UP - it’s labeled in green (obviously should be red). This is the case with lots of the metrics so you have to carefully review each metric.

Their latest update also says they’ve added lead tracking - I’m using it for leads but have to track them as purchases in order to make the tracking work. I’d love to change it over to lead tracking but there’s no place within Growify to actually specify leads vs sales. So…where’s this update?

There are other problems but you get it.

Here’s the positive side:

When it works and tracks data, the dashboard/look is nice. It’s an easier/more pleasing way to look at your data and so I've continued to use it for that reason. I really want the program to work - but the extreme lack of support and the fact it's missing critical features makes it hard to give it any type of positive review. In fact, my original review was 5-stars - but I updated it over time until they finally achieved 1-star due to the things mentioned.

Either way, they’ve earned this 1-star review. They’ve had 1 year to reply to the support chats and emails. I’ve sent many of them looking for help. They also lack some of the primary features/benefits which were the reason I purchased this in the first place (i.e. AI predictions/forecasting).

REPLY TO DAN:
1. You're correct, I forgot that I met the dev once in January. That's my mistake. However, I also emailed him about the issue still being present on 1/31 and followed up on that email on 2/5 - but haven't heard back.
2. I get it - you onboarded a bunch of users. But this is a year ago and I'm still waiting? Cmon'
3. Where is the “Predict ad performance” feature in the account?
4. Where can I get info on the new lead tracking feature?
5. Where is the Executive Summary?

Please make sure to answer Q: 3/4/5 above as this is not the first time I've asked.

Finally, I would be more than happy to change this into a 5-star review even after a year of waiting because I see the potential and I need this solution (but it has to work). But I have yet to get help solving these issues and even with the "expanded support team" - my messages from just 9 weeks ago are still waiting for replies. Also, can I get someone other than "Apple" in my chat? She doesn't reply.
