Support went dark - Update

Zero response... nothing has been addressed.
This is sad, could have been a good tool, but it's not even working, and the data is erroneous.
I don't usually, but I am requesting a refund on this.

I was speaking with support, and they completely stopped responding.
The tool has some clear issues where it is reporting on platforms that are not even integrated (probably the 'AI' portion getting lost on what data it should be using).
The basic metrics are also not accurate for some of the reports, so I currently can't trust anything the dashboard is showing me.
