Jun 2, 2025A: Hello,
Thanks for interesting question!
1. Yes, Sumo customers can purchase additional custom credits at any time.
2. AI characters utilize our most advanced TTS models for natural-sounding audio. In contrast, non-AI voices are generated using simpler machine-based models, with one voice per language. You can preview both types on our homepage gspeech.io — AI voices are marked with a star icon in the TTS generator.
3. GSpeech generates audio only once per text-voice pair and stores it securely in the cloud for instant delivery. Audio is automatically re-generated if you change the text or voice settings.
4. We currently do not plan to integrate Eleven Labs voices, but we are introducing 100+ new ultra-realistic voice vibes with wide usage potential and expressive pronunciation. This update is expected in 3–4 weeks.
5. You can set the default language for your website. GSpeech detects the website’s current language setting — not the user’s location. If your site uses multilingual plugins, GSpeech will automatically sync with the active language.
6. We provide on-site banners indicating that TTS is active, along with contextual audio players and highlighted text panels that show which part is being read aloud.
7. You can disable or hide the GSpeech logo at any time from your dashboard. It is hidden by default.
Thanks! :)
