Q: A few questions
1. Which AI Voices do you use?
2. I recently set up a free account and successfully integrated the plugin into my WordPress blog and connected my account. I've gone through and configured all the widget settings available under the free account. However, the player is not appearing on any of my blog posts.
3. I wanted to bring up a concern regarding the standard voice, especially when it comes to reading decimal numbers. For instance, values like $3.12 or 100.12 are being interpreted as two distinct numbers. It seems that the system treats the "." as a sentence-ending punctuation rather than recognizing it as part of the decimal.

Edited Jul 23, 2025A: Hi,
Thank you for reaching out and for trying out GSpeech!
We currently use AI voice models from Google and OpenAI, along with some custom configurations to ensure a wide variety of high-quality voice options.
If the player isn't appearing on your blog posts, please reach out to us via our support form here: https://gspeech.io/contact-us, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at your setup.
Regarding the pronunciation of decimal numbers. Our non-AI (standard) voices and most of AI voices handle these correctly, but some AI voices may have difficulty interpreting them properly. We’ll fix it as well.
Thanks! :)
I would like to address the decimal number issue you replied. I have seen that the standard (non-AI) voices available in the free version and Tier 1 are not processing these correctly, which I noted earlier. Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the AI voices in the free version, so I can't offer any feedback on how they perform. Did you also say even the AI voices also do not handle these correctly?

You can check all available voices using our TTS generator on the homepage: https://gspeech.io.
I’ve replied to your email — once you fix the player rendering issue as suggested, you’ll notice that the non-AI voice handles decimal numbers correctly. You can also verify this on our homepage. Most Ai voices reads them correctly as well.
Nope, it doesn't - not even on your website. The decimal is treated as an end of sentence ("full stop").

this is an audio for your provided text using non-Ai voice, as you can listen there, it reads it correctly. TTS text: "For instance, values like $3.12 or 100.12"
It seems that you may have used one of your AI voices which worked in your testing, which I currently do not have access to. Unfortunately, the only single standard voice available to me is not working with decimals, and I have not seen it perform correctly on your website either. Resistance to acknowledge or reluctance to fix could potentially deter users from considering GSpeech.

As mentioned, I’ve created a demo audio using the non-AI voice with the text you provided, using our TTS generator on the homepage. If for any reason it’s not working on your end, please send the exact URL where you encountered the issue(also the text which you used for testing on our website). Include this in our email conversation, where I’ve already responded to your request.
Your surprising response ignored the facts and emphasized your perspective. In my free account, I can only access the Samantha TTS voice, and the demo you made doesn't use Samantha's voice.
