Q: Are you aware of what pops up when Googling your company?
I'm interested in learning more about your product, so I decided to check your online presence. You may want to review your Google results and the sample surveys that appear (unless that's the image you want to convey to people about your company).
Before Googling, my question was about what gets sent to the user after they complete your survey. Can you send a custom report that was generated via AI to the user? If it's not native, can you send responses to Make.com and then have the Make scenario send a custom report?

Thank you for your interest and for asking excellent questions.
What I Google GuidedTrack I don't get any concerning results, but as we know Google serves different results to different people. What did you see that concerned you?
With regards to the questions on capabilities, I'll take them one at a time.
> Can you send a custom report that was generated via AI to the user?
Yes, you can, and we've done that. If you use something like ChatGPT's Structured Output feature, you can ask questions or adjust the survey logic based on output from an LLM. We've used this in the past to have AI generate a list of ideas, then have the user pick one they like and answer follow-up questions on it.
To integrate with LLMs, you just need to use the *service keyword to consume their API: https://docs.guidedtrack.com/manual/advanced-options/use-service-to-embed-outside-apps-and-other-tools/#use-service-to-embed-outside-apps-and-other-tools. Here's a write-up of how you'd do that with ChatGPT, for example: https://blog.guidedtrack.com/case-study-using-chatgpt-in-a-guidedtrack-program/.
> If it's not native, can you send responses to Make.com and then have the Make scenario send a custom report?
Yes, it's possible, but it's tricky at the moment. The reason is Make.com's API requires OAuth to authenticate requests, and OAuth requires custom server-side logic. We have something in the works to make that possible, but it's not live yet, so integrating with OAuth-backed APIs is something you'd need our team's help with – we'd have to get on a call and discuss how to best do what you need.
Hope the above helps clear things up.

The example surveys that come up directly under your name are BD$M and kink surveys 😏. Not my wheelhouse at all. You might want to try an incognito window or something.

I know what you're talking about – one of our customers is a researcher studying fetishes. One of her studies went viral and we've been dealing with the SEO repercussions of that since.
Her write-up of the design methodology used is safe for work and a good demonstration of GuidedTrack's capabilities: https://aella.substack.com/p/my-kink-survey-design-methodology.
