Yes, that exactly how collaboration works – we don't (yet) have support for teams, where everyone on a team gets access to all of the team's content. Instead, you add accounts to each program you want them to have access to. I think that's exactly what you're asking about here.

We unfortunately haven't gotten around to providing a DPA as a part of our terms of service, but we're open to signing one with you if it's a blocker for your projects. In short, you can create fully GDPR-compliant tools with GuidedTrack.

I'm not 100% sure I understand this question, but I'll take it to mean have more convenient and/or powerful ways to integrate with certain services beyond the *service keyword. We have something in the works, although we're still figuring out the final shape it'll take.
