Q: Hello Laura, some questions I have.
1. When you purchase does it have to be assigned to a particular gmail account or can it be reassigned if your email address changes or if you work with more than one company etc.
2. Also can you personalize the subject lines with first name & company name with tags etc?
This looks like a really great product that answers most if not all my needs. Thanks for bringing it on to AppSumo.

1. You need to assign Gumbamail to a particular Gmail account but it can be reassigned to a different account in the future.
2. Yes, you can use tags to personalize your subject lines.

Please, how can we reassign this to another email? Already, we assigned it to a Gmail email, but it says we're on the free version. We purchased this days ago but are yet to use it. And inside gmail, it says we can only send 250 emails. How can we fix this as against the 100,000 monthly emails we saw before buying it. KIndly fix this asap so we don't have to ask for a refund.

There is a contact beacon on our landing page and within the extension. If our support team is available for chat, you will see the option available there (in the “Ask” tab).
