Answered by Froged Team >>>
Hey Oliver and Froged have some similarities and some differences. We are more focused on event tracking, so there're tons of predefined events you have within Froged, plus you can make up your own and then add conditions to them. This allows you to have many dynamic segments and deeply track your users' behavior.

Also, with our live chat you can attach documents, save replies, quote other messages, access any document within your knowledge base through the Help button, and much more. We even have an Updates section in it.

A: Hey there,

Thanks for your message and for your kind words.

Indeed, we do have some similarities and some differences.

Hey Oliver is currently raising a funding round that will allow us to improve our tool like never before, while securing the purchase of our users.

At Hey Oliver, we can target visitors with more than 25 targeting criteria, action (event) tracking, form tracking, custom tags and let us not forget our very own unbranded chat system. Using those targeting criteria you can create ultra-targeted and personalized marketing campaigns in order to urge your website visitors to convert.

Other than that, you get a really good snapshot of the leads generated, your marketing efforts, your campaigns and many more.

Our team is constantly updating our tool with new features as noted on our roadmap here: https://trello.com/b/TFDlEQ3h/hey-oliver-roadmap and some really cool things are coming up such as:

-Drip campaigns
-Integrations with other apps
-Online/offline hours for the chat
-A stand-alone knowledge base

..and a lot more!

Hope this was helpful, let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Elena.
