Our chat is one of the many things that Hey Oliver offers.\u000a\u000a1. Helpshelf was mentioned earlier from other members of the community as well. So I start to believe that this is something that we have to look on it pretty soon! We will update our roadmap with the suggested integrations shortly.\u000a\u000a2. I believe that this question hides a lof of technicalities haha... Indeed, our tracking works by our own script but in order to answer this question accurately I may need more info. What I can tell though, is that we are open for any integrations that will power\u002Dup our marketing game.\u000a\u000a3. By \u0022hidden mode\u0022, I meant that you can use Hey Oliver, withough having \u0022Bubbly\u0022 (the bottom right corner bubble) shown into the website. In that case, Hey Oliver continues to work without any problems.\u000a\u000a4. Our tracking gets data from 25 criteria by default. Other than the demographic and generic stats, we do provide action tracking (clicks on specific elements) and custom tags. Custom tags, allows you to transfer any data from the website to Hey Oliver and create ultra\u002Dtargeted campaigns.\u000aOur API for the moment posts data and does not receive. However, since our API is an ongoing development process, this is something that we will sort out pretty soon.
