Q: Hi Nikolas, the tool is looking great, but unfortunatelly there where so many chat-tools on Appsumo in the ...

last months that I don´t know how to integrate them anymore.

But then again: HeyOliver has some new Features. So I would love to use it.

1. I just startet do integrate Helpshelf as Helpshelf can work with different solutions at once (Quriobot, Customerly,...). So do you have a Helpshelf-integration on your Roadmap?

2. I guess the tracking works mainly by your own script. If an integration with helpshelf is comming, will the tracking also work?

3. What is the "hidden mode" you mentioned in a different post? I think you used a different name, but I guess you know what I mean. ;)

4. Is HeyOliver only tracking the Analytics-Data like Browser, location, Visits, or can also custom data be added for example by an Action or for with Zapier? I mean, when for example somebody subscribes and gives me his birthday during his subscription, will I be able to (automatically) transfer it to HeyOliver?

love to see these questions here :)

Hey Oliver is more on the marketing side instead of the chat side. Our chat is one of the many things that Hey Oliver offers.

1. Helpshelf was mentioned earlier from other members of the community as well. So I start to believe that this is something that we have to look on it pretty soon! We will update our roadmap with the suggested integrations shortly.

2. I believe that this question hides a lof of technicalities haha... Indeed, our tracking works by our own script but in order to answer this question accurately I may need more info. What I can tell though, is that we are open for any integrations that will power-up our marketing game.

3. By "hidden mode", I meant that you can use Hey Oliver, withough having "Bubbly" (the bottom right corner bubble) shown into the website. In that case, Hey Oliver continues to work without any problems.

4. Our tracking gets data from 25 criteria by default. Other than the demographic and generic stats, we do provide action tracking (clicks on specific elements) and custom tags. Custom tags, allows you to transfer any data from the website to Hey Oliver and create ultra-targeted campaigns.
Our API for the moment posts data and does not receive. However, since our API is an ongoing development process, this is something that we will sort out pretty soon. Short answer: Yes, but not at the moment.

Hi! Does your API post lead scores? ... 2nd question. Can we get lead scores through Zapier? ... perhaps a trigger action that sends it everytime it changes?
